Ingredients:

1. 1.500 kg kassi hui carrots
2. 2 litres milk
3. 200 gm sugar
4. 1 bowl malai
5. 20 piece kaju, 20 piece badam, 4 elaichi, and thoda sa kesar.
6. 1 big spoon deshi ghee

Recepie:
* Pehle kadai me milk and carrots ek saath chada de.
* Use chalate rhe jab tak mixture gada ho.
* Gada hone par usme malai dale.
* Jab mixture kafi gada ho jaye to usme sugar daale aur use chalate rhe jisse ye kadai me na lge.
* Jab halwa gada hokar ek jagah hone lge tab usme kesar aur elaichi peees kar daale.
* Badam aur kaju ko chote tukde me kaat kar usme daale aur chalate rhe.
* Jab ye pak jaye to isme ghee daal de aur use 5 minute tak chalaye.
* Phir ise utar de.
* Phir ise ek bowl me kar kar ise badam aur kaju se saja kar pesh kre.
